Retail Sales Associate

Royal Pools and G2 Outdoor Designs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and promote product features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Stay informed about current promotions and product offerings.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
