• Dyer, IN, USPosted 2 hours agoWe are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store and ensure seamless daily operations. You will manage customer service, inventory, and sales while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience. This role also focuses on coaching and supporting a high-performing team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store success, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.

* Recruit, hire, and train team members to build a competent, diverse, and motivated workforce
* Address performance or conduct issues through appropriate disciplinary actions to uphold company standards
* Take part in regular meetings to review store performance and help develop improvement strategies
* Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to help maintain effective store operations and team success
* Keep the Store Manager informed about operational updates, team performance, and any store-related challenges
* Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance for travel between job sites
* Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate team members and ensure accountability
* Experience fostering a positive and productive work environment
* High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain through The Excel Center
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction### Compensation $17 hourly
