Location: Maple Ridge Assisted Living, Dyersburg, TN

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient

Schedule: Monday to Friday; no weekends, no evenings. Flexible shift options and PRN opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat residents in their rooms or on the on‑site outpatient clinic.
• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement therapeutic plans under supervision.
• Monitor progress and document treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or the ability to obtain one in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred.
