Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing nursing team in Dyersburg, TN
. As a CNA you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.

This position is full time or PRN. Hiring for days (7a-7p) & nights (7p-7a).

Pay Rates:

• $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
• $17.60 - $19.80 per hour → Max Pay Program – Inquire during interview for program details.

Job Requirements:

• Current and valid CNA certification in the state of TN
• Previous experience in long term care or healthcare preferred
• Compassion, resident-centered care approach
• Strong observation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities May Include:

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistant with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report any concerns to supervisors
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs
