Talent Manager
Responsibilities
McDowell Center for Children is a 28‑bed residential treatment facility located in Dyersburg, Tennessee, for adolescent males experiencing mental health, behavioral, and/or substance abuse issues. The HR Director has the primary responsibility for administering all professional and administrative functions of Human Resources, including recruiting, position descriptions, benefits administration, leave management, new employee orientation, record‑keeping, performance evaluation program, exit interviews, HR metrics, employee activities, training, licensing and compliance reporting.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in human resources, preferably in a health care setting or any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital business office.
Certification/Licensure: Professional certification PHR/SPHR preferred.
Additional Requirements: Experience with full‑cycle recruiting and the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) highly preferred. Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
