This position will use their skillset to wind the coils used in Pad, Pole, or 3

Phase transformers while considering the values and goals of ERMCO.

• Understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions regarding the operation of winding coils.
• Ensure safe and proper start-up, operation, and shut-down of equipment.
• Handle materials, including lifting/moving objects over 50 lbs., using assistance or lifting devices.
• Use hand/power tools and torches during soldering operations.
• Ensure coils conform to ERMCO standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• Ability to follow, communicate, and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with electronic communication devices like iPads.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and handle objects and tools.
• Use measuring devices such as tape measures and micrometers.
• Operate hand and power tools like Allen wrenches, electric shears, soldering torches, and hammers.
• Operate overhead hoists and lift assist equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and push/pull 75+ lbs.
• Frequent standing and walking; operation of foot controls.
• Occasional sitting, stooping, reaching, or kneeling.
• Vision requirements: 20/40 with or without corrective lenses, peripheral vision no less than 70, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements.
