Maintenance - Dyersburg, TN

This position involves installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all ERMCO manufacturing equipment, aligning with the company's values and goals.

• Follow detailed instructions for installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Complete training to operate tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Lift/move materials weighing 50+ lbs. with assistance as needed.
• Ensure equipment operates optimally through repairs and improvements per work orders and schedules.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• Effective communication skills.

• Proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to handle objects, tools, and materials.
• Experience with measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Ability to operate overhead hoists and lift assist equipment.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull substantial weights.
• Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, stooping, reaching, or kneeling.
• Vision requirements: 20/40 with or without correction, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment.
• Compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements.
