Maintenance Manager - Meat

A rapidly growing meat processing manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts at a high-volume production facility. This position is open due to an internal promotion, reflecting the company's commitment to developing and advancing its people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime
• Drive equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Partner with operations to support production goals and food safety standards
• Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sanitation requirements

Qualifications:

• Maintenance leadership experience in food or meat processing (preferred)
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting background
• Proven experience improving uptime and maintenance KPIs
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
