Production Manager, Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing and assembly teams in our data center cooling operations. You will plan, assign work, monitor policy adherence, coach staff, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity using Nortek Production System tools.
You’ll supervise frontline employees, run daily meetings, maintain 5S standards, and ensure tasks meet deadlines with strong attention to cost control and delivery performance.
