Marathon Staffing is seeking skilled, dependable, and experienced Welder/Fabricators for an opportunity in Dyersburg, Tennessee. We are looking for career-minded professionals with a strong background in welding and fabrication, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a demonstrated history of long-term employment.

Please note: A minimum of three years of relevant welding and/or fabrication experience is required. A consistent, stable work history is a must. Candidates will be evaluated on their relevant experience, employment history, skills, and ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment in previous positions.

Perform welding and fabrication duties according to job specifications and quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements as required.

Prepare, fit, align, and assemble metal components for welding and fabrication.

Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and quality.

Operate welding equipment and related tools safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Minimum of 3 years of professional welding and/or fabrication experience.

Proven stable work history with a demonstrated record of longevity in previous positions.

Demonstrated welding skills and knowledge of fabrication processes.

Ability to read blueprints, interpret measurements, and follow technical instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in an industrial environment.

Willingness to complete any required pre-employment screening.
