Responsibilities- Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff and provide guidance to ensure excellent patient care.
- Document patient history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Engage with clinical leadership and elevate to management where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient charts and forward charts as appropriate daily.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and supervising physicians.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as urgent care or family medical practice.
- License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency.
- Ability to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements; DOT certification required within 120 days of employment for FT and PT providers.
- Proven experience working as a telehealth clinician.
