Provider is responsible for delivering high quality health care within Fast Pace Health's scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. • Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff and provide guidance to ensure excellent patient care.
• Document patient history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Engage with clinical leadership and elevate to management where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and forward charts as appropriate daily.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and supervising physicians.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
• Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as urgent care or family medical practice.
• License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency.
• Ability to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements; DOT certification required within 120 days of employment for FT and PT providers.
• Proven experience working as a telehealth clinician.
