We’re partnering with a Private Equity backed manufacturing company to find their next Controller. This is a highly visible role supporting a growing business unit and partnering with leaders across the broader organization.

• Lead the monthly close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee AP/AR, inventory accounting, and standard costing processes
• Monitor actuals vs. budget and prior year performance; support weekly/monthly reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the site
• Own cost accounting and work alongside operations leaders to develop KPIs
• Process improvement projects
• Manage and mentor accounting team

• 8+ years of experience (must have manufacturing experience)
• Experience leading a close process and managing a small team
• A self-starter who is comfortable walking over to someone’s desk to get answers and drive results
• Someone who enjoys both building structure and rolling up their sleeves
