Administrative Assistant II - Waiver Case Management
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join our Waiver Case Management team. This full‑time hybrid position supports case management teams in several counties and is located in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
Pay & BenefitsBase pay range: $20.00/hr – $21.60/hr (based on qualifications). Hiring bonus of $1,000 for external candidates.
Schedule & Location- Full‑time, Monday‑Friday business hours, flexible start/end times
- Hybrid: 1–2 days in‑office (3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Suite 600, Eagan, MN 55121) and remote work
Job Duties
- Must be able to have in‑office presence.
- Generate correspondence, statistical information, meeting minutes, and provide general administrative support to the program.
- Partner in development and maintenance of workplace databases and files, and assist with the county system.
- Create and maintain program files ensuring confidentiality standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to incoming callers and email inquiries, taking messages or directing them to the appropriate person.
