Storm Creek is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in proactive inventory management, clear supply chain communications, and efficient, on‑time flow of products from overseas vendors to our warehouse. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience using AI and clear processes.
The role works collaboratively with other teams to support our commitment to deep inventory, product quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
- Demand Forecasting and Planning
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to establish inventory requirements and replenishment plans.
- Develop inventory KPIs such as turnover rates, stock accuracy, and aging reports
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports for accurate inventory management.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demands while minimizing overstock situations; pay close attention to 'never outs'.
- Build all factory buys and communicate to factory
- Manage factory hold plan
- Supplier Management & Logistics
- Create vendor purchase orders.
- Build containers and manage shipping logistics via most optimal rates.
- Ensure all shipments are tracked and company kept updated on timelines.
- Receive incoming shipments and manage documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure clear communications and timelines.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Manage 100% product data integrity on all ordered styles and manage new item set up.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to supply chain and inventory management.
- Use data analytics to identify trends and improve decision-making.
- Manage all Foreign Trade Zone reporting and audits.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Supply Chain, Inventory Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert level Excel skills and ability to quickly learn ERP and related reporting tools.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience using AI for inventory management efficiency, accuracy, and more depth in data analysis.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Confidence to place large dollar buys with a combination of analysis and gut.
- Problem‑solving skills that lead to ongoing business improvement.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to communicate succinctly to international factory partners.
- Demonstrated history in managing relationshipswithvendors and keeping all accountable to KPIs.
- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices and experience in apparel is a plus.
We offer a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Prescription, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k). Teammates may also be eligible for 15 days of vacation/ESST, 8 volunteer hours, and 8 company holidays (plus one floating holiday per year).
