• Collaborate with internal teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support audit preparation and internal reviews to maintain audit readiness.
• Design tools and evidence collection processes to improve assurance and transparency.
• Contribute to industry working groups and technical investigations.
• Evaluate opportunities to accelerate compliance work using AI technology.

• Certifications:
  
  NERC RC, CCEP, or risk management credentials (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Compliance experience with FERC/NERC regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and compliance platforms (e.g., Archer).
  • Interest in AI, automation, and analytics in a regulated environment.

• Work on high‑impact compliance projects that shape the energy industry.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Drive innovation by applying AI and automation to compliance processes.

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $85,000–110,000 USD annually. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
