- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within a SaaS company
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value
- Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts effectively
- Previous involvement in process improvements within Customer Success
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes
- Skills in mentoring or leading cross-functional teams
