Area Manager - Part Time

This is an ideal role for a strong communicator and problem-solver who loves structure, data, and collaboration—and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed.

• Support and coach clinic managers and leadership teams across multiple locations
• Ensure operational consistency, policy compliance, and best practices
• Track and analyze performance metrics using Excel, Google Docs, and reporting tools
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, call-out tracking, and workflow efficiency
• Help drive sales, membership growth, and guest satisfaction
• Partner with leadership on training, onboarding, and accountability
• Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, teams, and ownership

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A true team player who leads with empathy and accountability
• Computer-savvy and confident using:
• • Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Google Docs, Sheets, and shared calendars
• Excellent multitasker who can manage priorities across locations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership or multi-unit management experience preferred (spa, retail, or service industry a plus)
