Team Member

Emagine Entertainment seeks an energetic Team Member to enhance the theater experience by providing universal coverage and assistance to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their experience.
  • Identify and recommend additional concession and seating offerings.
  • Accurately process and disburse cash and credit card transactions.
  • Monitor individual theater environment and enforce Emagine’s Code of Conduct.
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality.
  • Monitor and maintain restrooms, lobby, and theaters for cleanliness and comfort.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

  • Monies balanced and discrepancies resolved promptly.
  • Good guest relations; problems or questions resolved courteously and promptly.
  • Positive working relationships with team members and management.

Computer Skills

Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance 50 lbs. Close, distance vision and depth perception required.

Work Environment

Exposed to outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock risk; moderate to loud noise.
