Lead Teacher
Key Responsibilities:Curriculum and Instruction:
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activitiesFoster a love of learning through creative and engaging teaching methodsObserve and assess children's development and adjust activities accordinglyClassroom Management:
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentManage daily routines and transitions smoothlyAddress behavioral issues with positive guidance and supportFamily Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activitiesConduct parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updatesEncourage family involvement and participation in school activitiesHealth and Safety:
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom and common areasAdhere to all health and safety guidelines and proceduresSupervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-beingProfessional Development:
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunitiesStay current with best practices in early childhood educationCollaborate with other teachers and staff to share ideas and strategiesWhat We Offer (varies by location):
