WHKS is growing and actively hiring a Civil Engineer to join its new office in Eagan, MN. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of municipal infrastructure projects, including street reconstruction, stormwater management, and water and sewer systems.

- Design and support municipal infrastructure projects including utilities, drainage, roadways, and site development
- Manage engineering projects and communicate with clients to understand needs, maintain relationships, and support contract development communication, build strong relationships, and support efforts to secure contracts
- Prepare roadway and infrastructure construction documents, including cross sections, traffic control plans, stormwater and drainage design, and right-of-way plans
- Develop 3D models and designs using Civil 3D or Bentley CONNECT
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-10+ years of municipal or civil engineering experience preferred, open to all skills levels, pay commensurate with experience
- Minnesota P.E Licensure preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley CONNECT
- Valid driver’s license
