Manufacturing Controller: Close, Costing & KPIs Leader

A Private Equity backed manufacturing company seeks an experienced Controller to lead critical financial functions including the monthly close and budget management. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of manufacturing accounting experience, capable of managing teams and driving process improvements. Responsibilities encompass overseeing financial reporting, monitoring budget vs actuals, and mentoring staff, all while collaborating with operations to develop key performance indicators.
