Financial Analyst

I'm working on a Financial Analyst opportunity with an established organization on the east side of the Twin Cities. This role partners closely with leadership, providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business and operational decisions.

Responsibilities include leading forecasting and budgeting processes, analyzing financial performance and KPIs, preparing management reports, supporting month-end close and variance analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes. The position also provides operational support, assists with long-term planning, and oversees a small team.

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analytical skills
• Experience working with multiple entities and partnering with operational leadership
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workday, Adaptive, and Power BI is a plus
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
