- Obtained your RBT? Start at $17 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $23.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT

No experience is required. We provide paid training, a friendly and supportive team environment, and an extensive career path with advancement opportunities including the opportunity to receive your Registered Behavior Technician certification.
What You’ll Do:As a Behavior Technician, you will interact one‑on‑one with children on the autism spectrum, from ages 2–14, in our high‑quality children's therapy clinic. We utilize a results‑oriented approach called Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy), which involves observing how our clients respond to their environment and to people around them. You will engage these special children in fun activities to help build their skills and social awareness and document their progress.
All work is performed in our clinic; no travel required.

- Availability to work full‑time between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make‑up client sessions).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
