SYNERGY Home Care of Eagan is urgently hiring a compassionate, reliable Male Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide dedicated, one-on-one personal care for male clients in the Hastings, Farmington, and Eagan areas.

• Top Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hr based on experience and client care level

• Personal Care Assistance: Respectfully assist male clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene routines.

• Mobility & Transfers: Provide safe transfer assistance, positioning, ambulation support, and light mobility exercises.

• Daily Living Support: Assist with meal preparation, feeding support, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

• Companionship & Observation: Build strong, positive relationships, offer emotional support, and accurately report any health changes to the care coordinator.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PCA experience (experience assisting with transfers and personal care preferred)

• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle to commute to client homes in Eagan, Hastings, and Farmington
