• Deliver customized product demonstrations for Safe Send and Sure Prep solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to advance sales cycles and support post-sale adoption
• Address technical inquiries and conduct workflow analysis for customers
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and client meetings to promote products
• Support internal training and create client-facing content for sales collateral

• Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in the public accounting or tax software industry
• Strong presentation skills with effective written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across functions

• Technical aptitude with cloud-based solutions and workflow automation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Passion for driving change through technology and helping others
