Unique Software Corporation seeks entry-level individuals for Computer Repair Technician. This person is responsible for the front line customer support at the Tech Customer Service Counter and formanaging all aspects of the repair workflow .
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for repairs on MAC and PC's, maintaining high service and repair standards as measured by Apple Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Apple Service Excellence Score
A successful Candidate:
Provide customer support at the Unique Software Tech Service Counter.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair PC & Mac hardware products.
- Manage repair workflow utilizing repair tracking system.
