Job DescriptionDESKSIDE SUPPORT
LOCATION: EAGAN, MN
The role involves the determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contracted service level agreements.
Responsibilities include:
A technical knowledge of Windows 7 is required as well as a working knowledge of Dell, Lenovo, and Apple hardware. Strong customer communication and business skills are necessary since direct customer interaction is often required.
