Summary

The Client Account Specialist - Select Lines Insurance is responsible for meeting the marketing, service, and quality standards of Choice Insurance, a Vizance Company. The candidate is responsible for day‑to‑day account management for small to mid‑sized clients. This role works to develop ongoing #People First relationships with clients by supporting and facilitating sales, policy changes and claims.

This role is onsite at our Eagan, MN location.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Administrative support with the management of commercial insurance client accounts, primarily with the technical system and data entry duties.
  • Operational support for book of business, completing tasks timely and accurately to ensure compliance, organizational and client needs are met.
  • Promotes customer retention by providing #people first customer service by maintaining solid business‑to‑business relationships
  • Checks new business policies, insurance renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Creates and generates reports upon request.
  • Assists with billing and payment inquiries.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Keeps informed of insurance industry and new product information, coverages and technology to continuously improve knowledge base

Requirements WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assist with departmental projects.
  • Performs assigned duties within the department and focuses primarily on day‑to‑day operational tasks.
  • Works under direct supervision
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license within the first 60 days of employment. (Required - Assistance provided.)
