Solution Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Solution Strategist to lead cross-functional, non-IT project initiatives in domains such as engineering, R&D, financial systems, and product rollout. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, strong project management capabilities, and exceptional leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from conception to completion. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes, particularly within healthcare or insurance environments.

• Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and managing technical activities integration.
• Present project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Recruit, assign, and manage staff; evaluate performance and oversee professional development.
• Analyze technology trends, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing to define project specifications and procedures.
• Review, recommend, and approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Oversee and approve product designs and modifications.
• Consult and negotiate with clients to finalize project requirements and specifications.
