CATALLIA MEXICAN FOODS, LLC – Utility Associate – Production Packaging

We are hiring Utility Associates for all shifts on our production line. Join a team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

This hands‑on role works within the production packaging area, performing bagging, packing, and palletizing while ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety programs are met.

• Bag, pack, and palletize finished products throughout the day, covering breaks.
• Monitor line quality—verify weights, counts, labels, and code dates.
• Adjust packaging equipment settings for changeovers and maintain accurate ERP records.
• Support equipment operation by calling repairs and collaborating with maintenance.
• Assist in training new packaging staff and provide ongoing coaching.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with food safety and defense activities.

• High school graduate or equivalent; 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Packaging or food manufacturing experience a plus.
• Basic written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail, fast‑paced work environment, and willingness to coach others.

Base pay range: $21.00 /hr (est. $21.00 /hr). Pay is based on skills and experience.
