In order to meet growing demand for these machines, Ideal Pase, a Massman Company, is looking to add to the Mechanical Assembly team in our Eagan, MN facility. Supports production operations by assembling electro‑mechanical components, subassemblies, products or systems while meeting or exceeding standards for quality, productivity and safety in an equipment assembly environment. This position typically works under minimal to moderate supervision.

• Assembles machines to customer’s specifications and internal Ideal Pase standards.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Utilizes hand tools, power tools, testing equipment to complete assembly of equipment to a high degree of quality.
• Follows and supports Ideal Pase safety procedures.

• Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Team player attitude.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Technical degree in Machine Tool Technology, Mechatronics, etc.
• Machine manufacturing experience.
• ERP/Netsuite experience.
