Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members who will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant. Team Members ensure each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service, great food, prompt delivery, and a clean, inviting environment.

• Friendly demeanor – greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues.
• Operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed, using value‑added suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Communicate in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guests’ orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learn team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals.
