• Be a Team Member:

  Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation, maintenance, and sanitization; prepares meat products according to standards; cuts boneless meat; maintains quality standards.

  Uses digital tools to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains work area according to policies; ensures quality and date control; secures fragile merchandise; minimizes waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
