Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Overview

Mercandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need. This fast-paced role may involve moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or stocking shelves. The job is physically demanding and can be compared to a gym workout depending on the shift.

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Maintain facility safety according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area, stocking and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, and pricing according to policy.
• Monitor product quality and rotation, ensure proper dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and prominent displays of promotional merchandise.
• Comply with company policies and ethics standards, and apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to feedback and change.
• Assist with club pick up orders and staging to ensure products are selected and prepared per policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Premiums may be paid for certain schedules or work performed.
