Base Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

• Provides information on Membership benefits, promotes the value of company products and services, and processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events and works to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, picking, scanning, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, and customers; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; and recommends improvements.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services while complying with company policies and ethics.
