Summary
The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales goals and store standards. This customer-focused role contributes to an inclusive team environment and supports daily sales-floor and operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with styling, sizing, and fitting-room needs.
- Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to sales plans.
- Maintain sales-floor, visual, and back-of-house standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
- Educate customers about available programs and offerings, and share product feedback with management.
- Complete opening, closing, and other operational tasks while collaborating with colleagues.
Requirements
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
