Responsibilities- Open and close the store.
- Lead and support team members throughout daily operations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Help buy, price, and merchandise gently used children's clothing, toys, and baby gear.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store.
- Support sales goals and daily store operations.
- Previous retail or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
