Position: Sales Executive, SMB (Tax)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify and build opportunities within commercial accounts in a defined territory
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with clients post-sale for upselling opportunities
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive information for strategic decisions
  • Regularly update management on activities and sales progress in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales and closing complex software sales
  • Proven track record in maintaining customer satisfaction and managing upselling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and engaging with C-suite executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge in accounting/tax is a plus
  • Experience with sales forecasting and reporting for strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and fulfill agreements
  • Familiarity with communication platforms such as SFDC, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Zoom
  • Success in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment
