- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to account renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions for clients
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using the CRM system
- Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and selling complex software solutions
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and utilize a consultative sales approach
- Experience in leading detailed sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute effective account plans
- College degree preferred
- Experience with high-velocity sales and a land-and-expand approach
- Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the sales cycle independently
