Sales Representative

Location:Eagan, MN |Job Type:Full-time |Compensation:Commission-Based ($500–$650 weekly draw + commission)

Home Front Exteriors is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, and windows—and we’re licensed and insured in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with homeowners to provide exterior inspections (training provided)
• Educate customers on repair needs, product options, and insurance claims (if applicable)
• Knock doors in storm-affected areas and follow up with warm leads
• Guide homeowners through the sales process from inspection to contract
• Maintain relationships with homeowners and represent the Home Front Exteriors brand with professionalism and care

How Pay Works:

This is a commission-based position. We offer a$500–$650 weekly drawto help you get started while you build your pipeline—this draw is advanced against your commissions.
Once you begin closing deals, commissions exceed the draw, and you’ll keep earning based on performance. Top reps can make$120K+ per year.

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and in-home presentations
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and coachable
• Sales, roofing, or construction experience is a bonus—but not required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to safely climb a ladder
