Job Overview
Dedicated hunter role focused on acquiring and growing small and medium‑size business accounts (10‑299 employees) across a defined territory. Responsible for exceeding monthly sales quota through prospecting, cold‑calling, networking, and lead generation.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead generation: develop and work leads in both developed and undeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
- Customer needs: sell T‑Mobile wireless solutions—including plans, data services, handsets, and accessories—to demonstrate company value.
- Deal negotiation: negotiate and close deals.
- Skill development: refine prospecting, call execution, and relationship‑management skills; participate in product training and sales meetings.
- Sales approaches: create effective sales proposals and solutions.
- Sales automation: utilize sales‑force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report on activities and forecasts.
Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 1+ years verifiable new‑customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
- Outside B2B sales experience.

- Task management ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment with high multitasking requirements (required)
- Customer service: demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (required)
- Communication: excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (required)
- Negotiation: effective negotiating and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem solving (required)
- Minimum age: 18 years

Compensation
Total target cash pay range: $71,800 – $129,400 (inclusive of target incentives)
Base pay range: $43,080 – $77,640. Actual pay will vary by location, qualifications, and experience.
