Territory Manager – Uni First First Aid + Safety
Uni First First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Territory Manager to join our family. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and managing relationships with customers. We offer a standard 5‑day work week with two days off, a variety of shifts, and immediate openings with on‑the‑job training.

- Base salary from $41,600 annually plus commission

- Provide consistent and timely service to customers in your territory.
- Service 10‑15 customers per day in a company vehicle.
- Accommodate customer needs with products that promote safety and productivity.
- Organize and implement a work plan to maximize daily sales and reduce mileage.
- Maintain promotional materials, flyers, and business cards.
- Maintain accurate call averages aligned with company objectives.
- Submit paperwork timely, mail or email work orders, call reports, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Keep handheld computer data updated and in compliance with company policy.
- Stay updated on price changes and sell accordingly.
- Maintain a clean company vehicle and proper tools and supplies.
- Manage territory, notify management of any issues, and promote growth through cold calls and new business development.
- Keep informed about competitors and product knowledge.
- Share pricing and product information with team during sales meetings.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid non‑commercial driver's license and safe driving record.
- 1‑3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent.
- Basic computer and tablet skills; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
