The Home Depot is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist. The role focuses on preventing financial loss due to theft and fraud and ensuring safety and environmental program compliance in assigned stores.
Responsibilities- Identify incidents of theft and fraud and review CCTV and exception reports to minimize loss.
- Monitor store physical security and audit Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS).
- Drive shrink elimination culture in the store.
- Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries; preserve evidence.
- Interact with law enforcement and testify in criminal and civil court actions as needed.
- Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and conduct duties in a manner that minimizes risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
- Demonstrate integrity at all times and respond to asset protection and operational concerns while supporting store objectives.
