Traveling Emergency Response Field Service Foreman
Location: Eagan, MN (Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area) – Full‑time
Base Pay: $16.00/hr – $43.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

- Train and mentor Field Service Technicians.
- Execute projects/jobs within budget and on time.
- Enforce OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards or regulations.
- Communicate manpower, equipment, and resources with the Coordinator.
- Manage large‑scale field service and emergency response projects when directed.
- Engage in strenuous physical labor, including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
- Operate light and heavy equipment, hand tools, and powered industrial tools.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) – respirators, skin, face, hand, and foot protection.
- Work in various temperatures and weather conditions; handle chemical and physical exposures.
- Operate in confined spaces, elevated noise, and low‑clearance areas.
- Work at elevations, including ladders and scaffolding.
- Assist in field sampling and meter calibration.
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, and containers; operate trucks and tanks.
- Work extended periods (> 8 hrs.) and attend compliance and safety meetings.
- Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct safe loading, unloading, waste sampling, profiling, and paperwork (work sheets, inspections, permits).
- Follow local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
- Operate vehicles safely per DOT and other requirements.
- Observe corporate operating guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be on‑call for emergency response on a rotating basis (every other week).
- Handle site remediation, equipment decontamination, and hazardous materials.
- May perform lead responsibilities as required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience in a physically intensive role.
- Supervisory, crew‑lead, or leadership experience.
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
- Availability for on‑call emergency response.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successfully complete background check, drug test, and physical exam.
- Meet OSHA respiratory protection standards (facial hair requirements).
- Experience with heavy equipment (bobcats, excavators, etc.).
- Environmental or industrial experience (site remediation, spill response, hydro blasting, vacuum truck, tank cleaning, refinery work).
- Commercial driver’s license.
