360 Communities in Eagan, MN is seeking a Full Time Professional to coordinate services for families and individuals residing at the Lewis House emergency shelter. The role involves safety planning, referrals, goal setting and supporting residents 24/7 with a Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm schedule.
Qualifications include 1–2 years of experience working with victims of domestic or sexual violence;
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience may substitute. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
