Join Land 'N' Sea Distributing, Inc. as a Warehouse Clerk in Eagan, MN. The position is a full‑time day shift (8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday) on the warehouse floor.

Land 'N' Sea is a wholesale distributor for the marine and RV industries. As a Warehouse Clerk you will support the efficient movement, picking, packing, and shipping of parts and accessories across North America and beyond.

• Operate forklift or hand truck to move equipment and parts throughout the warehouse.
• Comply with all quality standards, safety policies, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; perform safety inspections and equipment cleaning.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship parts, verifying quantities and part numbers.
• Determine shipment methods and prepare packages in accordance with company specifications.
• Receive, unpack, and verify deliveries; confirm accuracy of received items.
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials; ensure proper storage and organization of merchandise.
• Stock shelves and maintain overall production area cleanliness.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and a team‑player attitude.
• Prior forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Basic computer skills.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.

Job duties require frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lb. Work may be performed on concrete or metal grating. The warehouse can be hot, cold, and dusty.

Pay range: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
. The base pay offered will vary with qualifications, experience, and business needs. Eligible for a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) with up to 4% match, Health Savings Account with company contribution, wellbeing program, and product discounts.
