Brunswick Corporation is seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Eagan, MN, on Day Shift (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm). This position is part of Land ’N Sea Distributing, a full‑service, wholesale distributor serving the Marine and RV industries.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will support fast, efficient order fulfillment by operating forklifts or hand trucks, packing and shipping parts, and receiving merchandise. They will maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all quality standards and policies.

• Operate forklift or hand truck to move, convey or hoist equipment and parts throughout the warehouse.
• Comply with all quality standards and policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area—cleaning equipment, performing safety inspections.

• Accurately pick, pack and ship parts to support quick turnaround.
• Fill orders by locating correct parts, identifying part numbers and ensuring proper quantity.
• Determine the method of shipment and pack accordingly.
• Count, weigh, measure or examine packaging and contents for conformance to company specifications.

• Receive and unpack merchandise, verifying accuracy of deliveries.
• Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials.
• Confirm proper location of merchandise and ensure production area organization and cleanliness.
• Stock shelves by placing materials in appropriate locations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and a team‑player attitude.
• Prior forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Basic computer skills helpful.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.

Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp and move a variety of materials on concrete or metal grating walkways. Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Exposure to high, precarious places, and hot or cold, dusty environments.

$16.00 to $21.00 per hour
. Actual base pay will vary depending on experience, skills, and location.
