Warehouse Fulfillment Manager - Full-Time - Onsite - Eagan, MN

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced operations environment and enjoys leading teams to achieve high standards of accuracy and efficiency?

We are partnering with a growing apparel and merchandise distributor in search of a Warehouse Fulfillment Manager to support daily operations in their distribution center. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, maintains inventory integrity, and fosters a safe, productive workplace. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who motivates teams, drives operational excellence, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes.

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Provide direction, delegate tasks, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes based on order volume and priorities.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and handling of merchandise.
• Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and recommend solutions to improve productivity.
• Support implementation of new tools, layouts, or procedures to streamline operations.
• Train new and existing team members on warehouse processes, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Enforce safety standards, report hazards, and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Step in to assist with picking, replenishment, inventory, and shipping as needed to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the fulfillment process.

• 5+ years in warehouse or logistics operations with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and resolve operational issues in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, cycle counting, and WMS systems.
• Committed to safety, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused.
• Physically comfortable, adaptable to flexible hours, and leads by example.

• Full‑time, Direct‑hire position.
• Competitive salary of $60,000-$70,000 per year.
• 100% onsite in Eagan, MN, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM; peak season may require flexibility and occasional extended hours.
