Warehouse Order Picker

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with speed and accuracy to meet daily production goals

Prepare outgoing shipments by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and staging products for delivery

Utilize handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to locate inventory, verify picks, and track shipments

Ensure all orders are properly packaged, labeled, and documented before shipment

Perform inventory-related tasks including cycle counts, stock verification, and product scanning

Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment within shipping and storage areas

Maintain an organized work area while adhering to company safety and quality standards

Support team productivity by assisting with other warehouse and fulfillment functions as needed

Experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment environment preferred

Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse technology

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-10 hour shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed

This position is based in a busy distribution center where employees spend most of the shift on their feet, moving throughout the warehouse to fulfill customer orders. Daily responsibilities include picking, packing, scanning, lifting, and shipping products while meeting productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
