Location: Eagle Mountain, Utah

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.27–$27.40 per hour (competitive, based on experience)

Job Description: The Safety Assistant will provide administrative support for the Project Site Safety Team, including documentation, training records, safety meetings, and OSHA poster management.

• Prepare and support Safety Team documentation, meeting minutes and scans.
• Coordinate third‑party safety training and maintain training records.
• File and update safety training documentation.
• Assist with field support for OSHA posters, MSDS binders, clinic listings.
• Prepare and distribute Safety Training cards.
• Assist with training preparation (catering, material copy/creation).

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Three (3) years of relevant prior work experience, construction safety support role ideal.
• Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong critical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Good work ethic, flexibility, and bilingual ability desired.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.
